Peter or Dilbert? Like Groucho Marx said, “Those are my principles, and if you don’t like them… well, I have others.”
I wonder whether Laurence J. Peter (Peter Principle) and Scott Adams (Dilbert Principle) ever met and ever discussed their visionary ideas about the way organizations work.
