MEETING IN AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND

Find here some thoughts to share my experience with customers in Australia and New Zealand. I was so lucky to meet them on Melbourne and discuss a lot about Core HR aspects as hiring processes, seniority awards, incentives and separation processes as well.

Australia was offering us a special working atmosphere, extremely polite people willing to collaborate and to search the best solution together.

After each working day we were going to have dinner to some restaurant close to the beach, the perfect way to wrap-up each session
